 We all had any iknesses when we were children.As for me,i always used to pick smth up when i was a child,so i often used to see a doctor.When i was a child i ate too much sweets,but then i gad many problems as toothache or stomachache.Doctor said that i should cut sweets from my day's meals and to go on a diet,because i was fat.And he added that i should try out a whole range of physical activities,but not to pump iron in the gym,so i joined a gym and started increasing my energy lvl.Now i'm not very healthy because of bad habits,but i try to cut down an amount of sigarets and time infront of my computer.I visit gym,play valleyball and walking,so i try to modify my lifestyle.If you whant to be healsy,dont't start smoking because it cause a bad effect on your lungs ang start doing any sport activities. |

Why do people travel?You can ask anybody,but the answer will be the same:because they need to take it easy.Many people nowadays go abroad to go sightseeing,swimming and taste the culture.There are many countries in the worl so there are many cultures and interesting places so you will have many possibilities what to do.As for me,i like to travel by train with my friends and i din't care jf dust and durt of realways.In a train you can travel with comfort,but not too log because spending 2 or 3 days without shower is a real extreem.You can sing the songs,sleep,play cards,smoke,etc.Io don't like planes because my legs are too big and it makes me feel uncomfortable.My ideal includes travelling by train,visiting a good hotel,much money and a lot of friends,not a lot of just a few because i dont like many people around me.I don't like to do the city because to my mind it's a waste of time.I like to walk with boys and,what's more important,with girls and have have a fun.I'm not a fan of long walk aroun museum where somebody can steel your money or where you can miss a very nice day near the see. |
